Wendy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English from the University of Dallas, and received a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Fairfield University.

Victoria Lombardi is a professional writer blending her human resources, talent intelligence, and executive search background to craft compelling career documents for clients, including optimized resumes, LinkedIn profiles, biographies, and cover letters.
She was formerly Senior Researcher, Talent Intelligence & Analytics on the Global Executive Search team at Warner Bros. Discovery. In this role, she supported talent insights projects and full-cycle executive searches across the company’s businesses and global brands. Before this, she worked at a female-led executive search firm where she helped place senior executives across corporate industries, specifically tech (CIO, CTO, CISO, CDAO). She’s worked with leaders across the Fortune 1000 and PE spaces and knows what it takes to have an edge in today’s competitive job market!
Victoria graduated from Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Sociology and minors in Writing & Rhetoric and Health, Medicine & Society. She holds a SHRM-CP certification, as well as Certificates in HR Analytics and Business Writing from the Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business. She also has a Certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).
